public interest or the UAE, Dubai employment law. These provisions can

to the worker. And by asset of Law No.8 of the Federal Law of 1980, trial
period for employees cannot surpass a period of six months.
On the other hand,
if the termination period of the employment contract is within the 6 months

permitted to an unpaid salary.
