Must Get an Approval 

In common terms, all foreign employees desire to work in the Dubai must be engaged by an approved licensed company and he/she must be concerned with an entry permit for employment purposes, a work permit along with a Dubai residence visa. In fulfillment with the law, employment relations in the private sector in Dubai are synchronized and administer by Federal Law No. 8 of 1980 regulating Labor Relations.

Probation Period

With respect to the probation period, it is significant to note that any provisions of the contract of employment are unacceptable if it opposes in any way conflicts with the public interest or the UAE, Dubai employment law. These provisions can narrate to the formation of the period of probation or to any penalty applied to the worker. And by asset of Law No.8 of the Federal Law of 1980, trial period for employees cannot surpass a period of six months.
On the other hand, if the termination period of the employment contract is within the 6 months probation period or less and depending on the contract, if this ensues, the employee cannot maintain the above-mentioned rights as he will merely be permitted to an unpaid salary.
